In-Store Purchase Return Instructions:
Returns at Fake Notes & SSD Lab are easy! Items purchased in our Fake Notes & SSD Lab may be returned to any of our locations within a 90 Day period. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition. Please have the original receipt and/or credit card ready. As with our online return policy listed below, some restrictions apply. If you are unable to return your purchase to a store, you may be able to return it online.
Return Guidelines
- Packages may be returned via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- Keep your tracking number handy for proof of your shipment.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to our error or a defective product, please contact our Customer Service Team.
- Before processing your refund/exchange, the returned package must be received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund/exchange process.
- Merchandise must be in original condition and in factory packaging to the best of the customers’ ability.
- Warranty items may require special handling.
- All refunds will be applied to the original mode of payment used during the original transaction.
- If the item was a gift and you choose to return it, we can either refund the purchase to the original card or issue a gift card to the recipient of the gift.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
- All returns must be within 90 days of original purchase or online invoice.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
- Shipping costs will not be refunded
- Sales tax will be refunded to the original method of payment
- Ammunition, guns, licenses, swimwear, undergarments, clearance items, and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
- If your product is damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement or a refund.
AFTER I’VE SHIPPED MY PRODUCT, WHEN WILL THE FUNDS RETURN TO MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
- Once we receive your order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and up to 3-5 business days for a refund to reflect on your credit/debit card.
- Returns will be credited to the original form of payment. If original payment is not available, funds will be issued as store credit
